Vendor Application

Indemnification. The Vendor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Life In A Bag Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Host), its employees and volunteers from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorney’s fees arising out of or resulting from the display and operations of the Vendor. The Vendor shall furthermore hold harmless the Host from all claims, damages, losses and expenses arising out of or resulting from display or operations at My Life In A Bag Foundation Treat or Read & Mental Health Day provided such claim, damage, loss or expense is (1) attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease, or death, or to injury or destruction to tangible property, including the loss resulting therefrom, and, (2) is caused or is claimed to have been caused, in whole or in part, by any product sold by the Vendor, its agents, employees or subcontractors regardless of whether or not such damage, loss or expense is caused or is claimed to have been caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder.
